Zircon is a rare gemstone and its fame is due to its chemical and mechanical hardness. That is the reason why the oldest minerals found are zircons (e.g. in the archaic shields of Canada). Zircon contains a lot of rare earth elements and when synthesized these will not be in the synthesis. It has an oval shape with a length of 23.21 mm, a width of 17.83 mm and a height of 13.73 mm. Blue zircons that have not been irradiated are extremely rare, also generally zircons of high cutting quality and weight are not found in high quantities. Reaching almost 60 cts, (58.96 ct.) it belongs to the few big sized zircons in the world.
